Tried the new aqua terra. The one with the blue grey dial is really nice but did not have a hance to try it
This is the 2017 one in 41

And this is the 38mm one from previous version

Do you guys think the 41 looks too big for my wrist?
And would a rubber strap fit my small wrist better ?

There is indeed. 38.5 in the previous gen and there is now a 38 in the new one but the colours are not the same. The blue grey dial only exists on the 41... but it does look a bit big for me sadly...not sure if they will produce a same dial colour in 38 l...
