Need pictures! Anyway, same thing with me on Omega versus Rolex (and some looking at Patek, Chopard, Blancpain and Zenith, even Tissot, to name a few), and I will eventually go for the Seamaster Aqua Terra with the 8500 movement, co-axial technology, 2 barrels, etc. More to follow later...! I've owned 2 Seamasters (2255.80.00), and the Speedy with date and Valjoux 7750/Omega 1164. Sold all of them, so they do sell. Hopefully the AT will be a keeper.

Hi Adrian, Many of us have experienced this escalating excitement and anticipation. The PO is a great watch and it sounds like you can carry off the size. Look forward to your comments when the watch is finally on your wrist and of course some photographs...

a great watch as most Omegas are and good value for money. it could last you for many many years to come and start your passion(addiction) for more and more watches. look forward to the pics Graham

Hard to find a better value anywhere. That's the great thing about Omegas. Love Rolex, but they can't touch the value of these. I've got the orange bezel 45.5 and wearing it today. It's probably the one all-around watch I reach to the most from my collect...

I, too, love the vintages, but love these for their versatility. I hike, bike, and swim with mine. Never feel like I have to baby it.
