Yes, both the base movement and PC (PF332) were produced 'in house.'
In the case of Parmigiani Fleurier, this meant that they were built, tested and finished by Vaucher, which at the time operated under direct line management at PF. Around the same time (2002-2003) Vaucher became a stand-alone operation under the larger PF group of companies. This decision was take so that it could cultivate and meet demand for its movements from elsewhere within the Swiss watch industry. The result is that Vaucher today continues to make movements for PF watches, as well as those of other well-known actors within the Swiss watch industry.
