The Minute Rattrapante remains a favorite in my collection.
When I first saw photos of this new model 2 years ago, I immediately ordered it through my AD. And it was the first piece shipped within the United States. I dare say it is the very reason we launched this forum.
So this model is extremely important for Parmigiani Fleurier. I respect their patience introducing a new dial. Certainly, I knew it was coming, and it is easy to imagine other models down the line (such as a platinum cased blue dial, that is certain to come along).
"Arctic Rose" - another unique PF dial creation. And it looks fantastic to me. But I don't like it as much as the original, which can be worn in every situation.

I love the juxtaposition of the pink dial with the strong case, well done.
The subtle pink choice I think was very smart, but I agree with Michael that the original grey/silver is more to my liking.
