I've looked at it with digital and optical maginification to 592 models on Christies and other resources
and the text seems ok. I had my suspicions about the kerning between the 'C' and the 'o' as well as the 'T', but I honestly don't see much issues than that. I even checked the comma between 'Patek' and 'Philippe' and period dials (1940-1943) usually don't have them. Appreciate your feedback!

You are looking at a second batch of 12-120 movement, made between 1940 and 1950. For Patek you can hardly set up a numbering rule for the cases, so the only way of knowing something about the watch is to ask Patek. References were not always engraved on ...
