Thanks for the response. Whoever did it has done some fine work. The back cannot have been off for very long or unprotected because the movement is in very nice shape. The window is glass and the fit perfect so it would have taken some clever engineering. I thought, on the off chance that it might have been a Patek promotion piece. Oh well, live and lose!
