The question is what is written on the outside of the case, if anything; on the inside of the case and on the movement. Suggest you have a watchmaker take off the case back and that you take some photos. Or better yet, if convenient, take it to Patek for ...
The fact it says “Patek Philippe Co”, is unusual, the crown looks oversized, the printing looks newer than the watch and also isn’t evenly sized or level. From the photo the quality of the watch doesn’t look the best. I’d be very suspicious.
