in my opinion, this watch actually suits you better compared to the 5712 which you showed us yesterday on a separate post. Perhaps it is strap that matches your shirt but I think it is not just that. However, if you feel that you are more drawn to the 571... 

The point is I want a sport watch (I also have a 5110 and a Lange Saxonia 35mm). My other option is to find a good condition PP 3800 (smaller and cheaper) then I could keep the 5035. But I may still want the 5712 eventually...

If you want a sports watch and no mater what you buy, the 5712 is still your ultimate objective, then, it is a no brainer - buy the 5712! I know it is nice to see what others think and hoping for their seal of approval but the truth is the watch is a litt... 

This is about personal taste. And everyone's perception of taste is different. Go for dream.

....why buy a Nautlius, like everyone else? Your 5035 is nice, keep it and soon you will appreciate your decision. Dont follow the herd.
