Many of us have been calling on PP to damp down the 5711 hype. They did it! Absolute genius! Produce a 5711 with a dull dial then apply a cheap transfer to the sapphire case back. Job done! I am in awe of their genius and, look, it has worked - we moved seamlessly to things that are fine and beautiful such as these 5960s!
Hopefully soon all this Hype nonsense will die down.

Wore my 5196P at a black tie event this weekend
Yes, it felt right, but then I wore it with jeans and a T-Shirt and it felt GREAT! I expect to wear jeans and a T-Shirt much more often these days (they fit better, too😁) so I expect to keep pace with the 5196P as well.
