Theoretically yes, a faster beat does imply higher accuracy. However, a stable balance wheel at a slow beat can realize higher accuracy than a similar watch with a faster beat. Last but not least, the 324 has a shorter power reserve.
Agreed. However, if all else is equal, a higher beat rate will be desired. Otherwise, you will only need a higher beat rate when you have a chronograph complication.
Firsty: the wear and stress for the oszilating system is less. Secondly and more importantly: from high end manufacturers I expect accuracy also at lower beat rates. Same applies to movements: thin ones, please. Regards Moritz
