The Watch Needs Repair
I, unfortunately, have some familiarity with your problem. However, rather than a detailed WAG here, I suggest your watch needs a "minor" adjustment. Minor should mean that you needn't sell the ranch. It will however, absent a friend at Patek, take a period of time to reach the front of the line for them to make the repair. While they're at it , you might have the routine services, if due, performed; it gets one more item out of the way. Good Luck!
