.....when you send your watch for a " Complete Overhaul only " ? what do you expect your service center to do ? what do you expect your service center NOT to do ?

so I'd ask some more details before accepting. If I don't, then this means I would accept any result, from oil and seals change only to much more work (parts change etc......) No polishing anyway because of the "only", but yet, this is my interpretation. ...
