I don't think it is precise enough.
so I'd ask some more details before accepting.
If I don't, then this means I would accept any result, from oil and seals change only to much more work (parts change etc......)
No polishing anyway because of the "only", but yet, this is my interpretation. Polishing is a specific problem and should be mentionned precisely if planned to be done.
But this is too large to give a precise definition.
