I feel my 37mm 5134g wears larger than 37mm. In part this is because, at 3 o'clock, it has a large size crown (w/crown guards, like a 5110 or 5107)... and, at 9 o'clock, it has the push buttons which operate the dual time skeleton hand. Those elements make the watch wear much wider than it actually is.
