5270G First Impressions
I have to say that so far, I love my 5270G. It is something of a "classic beauty". It has a look about it that is timeless, traditional and yet modern. It certainly isn't as flashy as many watches out there but has this serene, understated, quiet elegance about it. With some watches, the more you look at it, you become numb and you get bored and fatigued with the look over time. With this watch, i find that the more I look at it, the more it has grown on me. It isn't as striking as the 5970 on first looks but I believe time will prove this to be another classic and favorite Patek.
Perhaps it's time to start saving up for the 5270P?!

I like the port hole indication anyway and find it suits this one very well ... like a mole on a woman. The former 5970 was a bit too "traditional" looking and had also some technical aspects to it that did not really "justify" it. This one is simply cool...
