5205G gray dial is a real beauty and great consideration if another dress watch is more suited to your lifestyle. However 2 dress watches is probably not what I would go for if they were the 2 watches I was going to have around for wear but we all have different needs.
If alternatives outside the references listed would be of consideration 5960P gray dial is an incredible piece (and a personal favorite). You would forego the moon for a chronograph and yes it was recently discontinued.

I would vote for a 5205G
A beautiful piece and will complement your Lange 1 nicely; its great for casual wear as well as a formal occasion. I love the way lugs are sculpted and hollowed out. Just my humble opinion. Best of luck and let us know what you decide.
