This is a description for a pocket watch patek ref. 600 with what i believe will be the same material applied on dial....most patek watches uses gold as a base. Base on the picture you have provided, i think "lacquered" is the material applied on top, enamel and porcelain has a much more shine and more glossy finishings.
Another model very similar to your dress watch, is a patek ref. 707.
