An internet search confirmed this is the case (thanks!) a few years back. I guess this is perhaps a re-issue of a caliber they printed in limited number in the past (for Qatar?).
A shame though as there are endless one liners up for grabs - a fling with a ding, a two-timing watch, playing around with a minute repeater; sigh!

Combining a high-watchmaking "grand" complication with a "low level" complication seems a bit odd.
There is nothing wrong....
with nobility marrying a common peasant..... there were many such marriages that are quite successful....
