Patek Philippe

Both 5035 and 3940 ....

have similar layout and even the shapes are quite similar whereas 5059's is entirely different, not to mention its shape. Only the movement of 3940 is different from the other two. Production of 3940 is much longer than 5059 which only started after 5050 stopped. Hence, 5059 is relatively much rarer than 3940 and its uniqueness lies with the retrograde flyback and its simplicity layout. You may also consider 5050 (2 variants) which has a cleaner layout among these three perpetuals and is Patek's first modern retrograde flyback perpetual calendar. Have a nice Christmas and fruitful holidays.
