Chances are that it’s a copy/paste job, and no-one’s picked it up.
The fact that the movement is not a QP variant is the first telltale sign, not to mention the lack of LY indicator or month display on the dial.
If you play with the adjustment drop down fields, you’ll see only the Sky adjustment numbers change – the stuff below remains unaffected.

Thank you. On the Patek page: They say (in terms of setting): On dial Side Leap year cycle: I Day of the week: WEN Date 1 Month NOV Moon age: 54 ( 54 pushes) It's probably a mistake.
