5170 is a great watch. I truly hesitated between 5170j and g (white dial) and finally went for a J. But you could own a G black dial too and have two very different pieces. Wonderful choice.

The 5170 is the first reference where I could really justify owning more than one. Each version is a different, and equally compelling, presentation. I imagine that Patek will eventually offer yet another variation in platinum (perhaps a salmon dial). All...
