could be ref. 3439 if it is an auto Calatrava from the 60ies
If it is small (32 mm in diameter) than it is mostlikely the reference 3439 with the brilliant (!) auto caliber 27-460.
The mayority of the 50ies - 60ies Calatravas were manual, so it makes it quite likely to be a 3439.
If you post some pictures we could tell you, or simply let the watch open at a jeweller / watchmaker and see.
Regarding value: can match the depicted current 5196 Calatrava in an auction.
But that is a slightly optimistic guess.
