Credit where credit is due.
I sent my calatrava 6000g for a full servicing in late May. It was ready for collection last week. The whole process took just over two months, and I was charged the exact amount I was quoted when I sent it in.
The watch came back in splendid condition (I opted not to have it polished), and the GMT service center staff were top-notch from start to finish.
We sometimes share our negative experiences with service centers. In a similar vein, I feel we should give credit where credit is due when the experience is positive. While we should certainly expect nothing less at this level, excellent customer service should not be taken for granted - kudos to the staff at GMT!
