i do not believe that there is a decrease in the watch market as the second hand market is relatively healthy. what is happening is that there is a greater incentive to buy second watches from those who have hoarded and now are forced to sell due to prevaiiling economic conditions and those that have encounter financial difficulties . this is clearly having a negative effect in the boutiques as there are flat sales of new watches.
