In these matters of taste, I respecfully disagree. To my taste, the discontinued dial was not a very pleasant shade of grey, whereas both new dials have the advantage of rose gold frames surrounding all three appertures (and not merely the date apperture, as is the case with the platinum and discontinued rose gold dials). To my taste (did I mention this is about taste?), the opaline white dial looks very elegant and stately, while the black dial seems brash and less legible, at least in photos.

5960r new dials discontinued old dial !!!!!
Has anyone noticed the new 5960r new dials and the fact they discontinued the old rose dial ? I think the black is somewhat decent but the lighter rose IMHO is terrible. What do you folks think ?

The Black dial is stunning...
I am in Basel and I can say that the 5960R black dial is absolutely stunning in the metal while the white dial does not appeal to me at all.

Park, my whole post was about personal taste and I appreciate you posting and giving your opinion. Maybe the new dial will appeal to me in person, will have to wait and see.
Grey dial
I think the discontinued grey dial was the piece to have. It was a perfect balance between elegance and sporty. Which in my opinion what a 5960 is. It is not to dressy no tho sporty.

The grey dial in rose gold is difficult to appreciate looking at photos .its a beaut when seen in real time n life.

Over the old grey and the newer off white dial. The black looks imo absolutely stunning Regards Tony
