Hi MTF
I am pretty sure about the reference number ( Patrizzi Vol1/11 page 99) as well as Ehrhardt/DeMesy but both have no centre seconds. Yours should a 27SC movt -easily confirmed by opening the case back.
Quite a few have been sold by AQ and Sothebys but all have 23-300 movt rather than your centre seconds model- curioser and curioser
I would confirm the refence number and movt by getting yoyr watch maker toopen the case back-- could get an extract from archives for CHF 200
Thanks
Julian

Hi, This is a Ref. 2591 without any doubt! It should measure 34,5 mm and I guess you did not take measure correctly in the dark bar with only a ruler! You should take a caliper to take precise dimension. It is not worth to spend a lot of money at Patek Ge...
Thanks all for playing the game

I'll try to get the owner to let me play with my Bergeon knife and open the watch In any case, he will send it for a service as it has great sentimental value and he can afford the cost. We'll know....eventually. Its the central lugs that are intriguing. ...
