I don't have your answer but
I'm sure you have a Customs website explaining the fees paid for importations and you maybe be able to find also what to do concerning straps. I think that even the AD may be able to answer as they certainly deliver worldwide.
Maybe a forum member with that experience will answer too

If the strap is an issue, have the watch sent without
the strap. Years ago, HSWA received watches from Patek without straps and buckles, they were installed stateside. Then, alligator straps could take far longer to clear customs causing delays in delivery.

Excellent watch and great choice. Has always been popular with collectors. I myself owned the white gold version for a short time.
