I have owned this reference for about a year now, and I really love it.
During my ownership period, I have to say that my affinity for it has only grown stronger. The size is excellent, it’s complication is most useful if you need to keep track of more than 2 time zones, the lugs are the most interesting (my opinion) of the other world time references, and the guilloche is fantastic. As it turns out, I’m wearing mine today. I think you’ll be very happy with this one should you make the decision in its favor.

the 5230 is a lovely watch
The guilloche dial and the lugs to me are so beautiful. The 240 movement of the 5230 is also more attractive than the 324 movement on the 5164A. And if it fits you well, game over!!
