I got today a confirmation that my application is accepted. Delivery 2013/2014. What was really amazing was the question: "J or G?". What do you think I replied? Best, Kari

I said that I would like to get 5131J, G, R and P. But I was told that it's not known if R and P are introduced (I knew it) and that at this stage I can get only either J or G. But being a fast guy, I replied already. Best, Kari

I asked also if Cairo could be changed to Helsinki as I like Helsinki much more. Best, Kari

... and wanted the J with the dial of the G. Not possible, so i guess i will have to get both. But i must start with one, and keep in mind that i might not get the 2nd one. So might have to live with one only. I went for the G. The dial is nicer, the draw...

I will not sell it. My philosophy is that if you are good in something, make your money with your skills. But if you are good in nothing, try to flip watches. Best, Kari PS. PM sent

And congrats to finally being able to sign up for one. The wait will be long and "arduous" but definitely when it arrives, it will definitely put a big smile in your face.

I am smiling already! Getting one is a process: 1. Finding a reliable supplier who is committing to deliver one 2. Waiting, waiting and dreaming 3. Getting it finally 4. Wearing it and admiring it. The great thing with 5131 is that they are all different.... 

That is filling up an application and waiting for a response for the watch variation that I preferred. And if that will happen - it will be either for this 5131 model or a 5098 minute repeater. In the meantime, I will continue to work hard and grow my Pat... 

you mean 5078P minute repeater - not 5098P Gondolo. If so, we share a dream. Out of the "Regular production" watches, my #1 and # 2 were 5351G and 5078P. In that dream list there's also # 3, # 4 and the actual problem is that I'm afraid that the list will...

You are very lucky. I myself have requested our own AD here in Manila to at least process my application for the 5131, but they refuse. They told me that it is almost impossible for them to get one, so they would not even bother to have me fill any applic... 

Never give up. I applied first from my most favored shop and the answer was "no". Then I tried # 2 on my list and they told that they can give me either J or G and knowing me they trust that the watch will find its way to my wrist. They were 100% right. I... 

Can't wait to see it. G would be my choice too.

The 5131G dial is more spectacular. You won't go wrong either way, however.

Received the 5131G on Saturday. I now have the 5131J and the 5131G. The pair is complete.
