Hi Jim,
Go for it - it is a great watch with one of the best vintage movements - BUT - I would try to get the price down as it is a bit stiff!
3445 is not a rare watch at all - you can find plenty of them around 10K... so it is up to your negotiation skill - try to convince the seller
by showing him ebay offers in that price range - maybe this helps to bring the price down.
