Patek Philippe

Last weekend in Paris was WONDER (ful)

 

I went to Paris for a short trip with the wife,But before going on with the trip I contacted a friend purist and told him that I am coming.He decided instantly to take some time from his busy schedule to meet me for a vintage watch tour around Paris.I had one more favor to ask,It was to bring his WONDER watch along.Yes the purist friend is MikeH😄

The watch checked every box for me at least.Size,Case,Raised enamel dial and the most beautiful moon phase I have ever seen.




The 3448 on my wrist for the first time



Ohh....Now I know why do it’s called the wonder watch



I had hard time trying to sleep that night😄




At one of the shops,Look what I have bumped into.A 570G could never have appreciated that watch without trying it on the wrist.So simple and yet breathtaking




A 3445G was also present as well as 2584



Look to that patina.I think I got the vintage bug



Not all vintage but well worth trying the world timers
















I have tried lots of watches for the first time on that day was so fascinated by most of them,But the wonder watch stole my heart.Thanks Mike for the wonderful day😉

The 570,3445 and 2584 in that order I liked a lot,But the problem is that I saw the 3448 on the same day so ...... Maybe I can start with the 3445,At the end it’s only 3 numbers away !! Best, Ahmed
