8,42 mm and 40 mm respectively are impressive. RO QP is 9.5 mm. Prices are what Patek's buyers can afford, no matter if long term collectors and last minute investors. I still don't like the travel time, (i'm polite), Aquanaut is turning into a more sport... 

I heard about Nautilus QP last June but did not ask about the metal. No white gold for me. In other words my sporty QP will be also in the future Best, Kari ...

you will find a photo of one year old WG deployment buckle together with a platinum one. The WG has already turned dirty yellowish. You asked why I prefer platinum. You should have asked why I prefer steel over platinum. Best, Kari

This won’t change colour.

Anyhow, I do not like the colour of WG and I believe that it's possible to turn yellow in to RG but when the metal contains 75% of yellow metal, it is difficult to turn it into beautiful white. Best, Kari

Only a 60 minutes register. The 5960 measure hours and minutes with annual calendar to go. This one is not on my hit list..

After decades of the AP RO PC and 2 years after the VC Overseas PC. I didn’t think it would happen but good to be wrong. Of course it had to be in gold. Typical of Patek. Beautiful steely metallic blue dial, wonder how it comes across IRL. Note however th...  

Water resistance 60 meters for a watch named Nautilus? Maybe Patek should change marketing from "iconic" to "ironic". Apart from that: very nice watch! Christian

I guess with this new aquanaut Release the probability of a steel nautilus chrono based on the 5976g has become very slim (at least for the next few years).

With this new chrono I might give the aquanaut Line a second chance . Maybe even with the orange strap.

But case is larger than 5164... 42.2 vs 40.8 (10-4 o’clock) and 11.9mm s 11mm.... look forward to seeing one in the real!

The 5164 felt smaller than 40mm on my wrist, conpared to Other Sports watches of that size. Probably because of the large bezel.

Chrono and that watch is a match made in heaven. True sports watch! The asking price however is not to my liking... I can’t see why it is that much more expensive than the 5980 chrono was.

But it has a rubber strap. And an old movement (same as 5980). And the Aquanaut should supposedly be positioned under the Nautilus. No? A well forget it, reason is far to be fetched anyhow when we look at watches...

Yes, probably my fav too. A titanium one would be fantastic, maybe white gold feels too heavy on the wrist. Anyway, the watch looks superb. I don't know if the bracelet already has a fine adjustment, if it does not, it's about time, isn't it? Vte

It will certainly wear easier than the 5976/1G, which I find perfectly comfortable
