I know that Vatican City is 1 hour behind and Im sure you do also However Ive spoke with PP about this and they are able to alter the movement and adjust for the time difference this way if you would rather have Vatcian City on the watch you can.

Id rather see them make a watch that says Jerusalem instead of that mecca place. Maybe you could get PP to change this if you bought one..
