Mine change completely around 12.45pm.....
personally, I think it is ok even if it changes at 1.45pm completely.
As long it did change.
You might want to wait till the next servicing period to get it adjusted.
Sending it now may have some problems....
You may miss the watch badly and end up getting another Patek ;-)
