My experience with this movement is
that it has a highly effective, bi directional, automatic winding system. So if you have worn the watch all day and put it down, it should have at least 40 hours of power reserve to run.
My experience is also that is a highly accurate movement. Much better performance than you get out of yours. Luckily yours is still within warranty and Iβm sure itβs an easy repair - so you need to take it to a patek service center or a good patek dealer to send it in.

My 5711 (cal 324) runs between -0.5 to -1 second ever since I got it May 2017
wear it daily... excellent, I think?
Similar experience with my Nautilus
I wore it about 30 days and it gained 16 seconds in the entire period.
How to make it + instead of - ? It has been consistent not more than -1 per day since I got it

but if it bothers you that it is minus, I would make a comment about next time it goes in for regular service, that you prefer a slight gain. Im sure the watchmaker can fix regulate that. I only have one watch that loses time. A Rolex that looses 2 sec/da...
put it down in a different position starting tonight
do that each night for a week and observe the timing. If it doesn't run faster or slower try another position for a week. Many watches will run faster if up on a side, or face down on a cloth than they do on their backs face up. Good luck. Cazalea

...absolutely NOT normal ! Obviously it needs service. I would not hesitate and send it to PP at least for a check and they will tell you what is to be done, most probably a full service. Let us know the outcome... and good luck most probably nothing dram...

Definately I should send it to PP to check, thank you all for the great information. I just move to Sydney and find only one service center in Melbourne. What 's more, I found my guarantee is on the sea transportation with all my furnitures π
