The RO is the REAL ONE! Nautilus is only a me too product. Design is to much 70ies not so timeless like the RO. In this times there is an Incredible hype about the 5711...why? Since people buying this kind of watches as an investment and not because of loving watches times go wrong for freaks like us. Will you really pay a double premium to a seller with no value creation. I have no problem to make the Stern-Family rich but in this case not the seller. Never ever!
But at the end of the day...it's your money and your decision

That RO is a beauty! It's a bit surprising you feel so different about the two pieces given how similar they are. It may at least be worth waiting a couple of years for the prices to come down and see if your feelings change.

If you had a 15202 Jumbo, I would’ve said hang on to it but personally I find the wearing experience of the 15400 to be quite different from the 5711 (or the 5167 for that matter) due to the thickness.

It represents, imo, very well the heritage and the spirit of Gerald Genta. Furthermore, paying 58k a 5711 is just insane... Just my 2 cents

That's why you don't really like it. Money come, money go, sell the 15400 and buy what you desire.

You’ve made some money on the RO (through appreciation after you bought it), and the 5711 should hold its value given very limited supply barring a major financial crisis (in which case the value of the RO would fall too). Personally, I like the RO better...

Why would 5711 be any different than the RO?
Similar pedigree, similar segment. If anything it’s the RO that will fall more than the Nautilus, AP brand power is not that of PP.
