I personally was never quite sold on the merits of the white gold and blue stencilling of the original but this one is so warm and the dial is now as beautiful as it is original. And then the back: a calibre full of technical merit and of a size that fits...  

WG is king of cool, under the radar; RG with black grey dial is more a dress up watch but the white hands offer a great contrast, very legible. ...  

It is an absolute stunning piece, that I am looking forward to see. Best novelty this year, to me.

But I just can’t unsee or get past the windows not being symmetrical.

I'm in love with the WG version, and that's the one I would buy if I could, but this new version looks fantastic. That black dial looks terrific, go for it! I'd say you won't regret. Vte
