5960P, because it is cool to have a manual Wind Chrono movement and an automatic Chrono movement from the same brand. I like this idea. Ruthenium because it is damn captivating. While you more often see black or blue dials, the ruthenium is top class. Now... 

LOL! One at a time my friend. If truth be told, i prefer the aesthetics of the PP. As far as the dial, rose and blk together are always striking and i love rose gold but the ruthenium is beautiful and versatile!

my vote without a doubt the ruthenium dial for its beauty and versatility. I find it to be the perfect complement to my 5140G for regular wear. The other alternative I would consider is 5960P in blue. This I find to be stunning but perhaps almost overly p... 

favorite Patek,But I think it tends towards being a casual watch not a dress watch….. It wouldn't look awkward definitely. Just my two cents

I actually went with the black dial for my 5960P, it does pip the grey and blue to my mind, and will be much rarer too as a nice bonus! ...  

with gray dial and gray blue strap: my favorite choice with calatrava cross. HAGWE, Cheers, Patrickh ...

Since this post almost a year and a half ago, i acquired a ALS Dato up/down. I am again hankering for the 5960 (gave the 5970r a thought but too rich for my taste) black dial. Is it "too similar to the ALS? I understand the 5960 is on the casual side but ... 

....i would go with the black dial. I have had this one on my wrist and I dip think it is quite special. Aesthetically. it has panache.
