Hey you might take it as a joke but i think the watch has a re- printed dial and the guy who printed it must have belonged to a third world country like mine and he has undoubtedly spelt "GENEVE" as "GENEBRA". From your first post i was thinking maybe someone got his name printed on the dial but the location of the word suggests that it is obviously Geneve spelt wrong by some genious. The only reason of this spelling mistake can be the damaged section of the dial and the gentleman was not able to get the words right.
