it's still in the "real world" test phases I would guess. Plus a lot of service points around the world cannot work on this movement should a problem arise. I would give it a few years and when the rest of the watches that use the 315 reach the end of their respective production runs you will see the 324 exclusively. Just a guess.

What happened to the 324 movement?
I read a local magazine recently and they mentioned that production volume of 324 is still small. It is only being used in 5135, 5296, 5396, and 5350. According to the article, their testings showed that 324 is better than 315 (well... it should, right?) ...
