now I remember
the 3820R and 3849R also have the 177 ultra slim manual movement. The 3820 was produced in yellow gold in the late 80s and I believe both watches in rose gold were discontinued at the end of the 90s or soon after. The 3820R measured 32mm while the 3849R was a toneau shaped watch - both with Breguet hands and Breguet numerals making them very elegant. Unfortunately, both had solid case backs which were the norm for the day.
