Patek Philippe

On my 3425 buckle,

 

which I assume is the same as the 3429 buckle and I am reasonably certain is original to the watch, I see PPCo in an oval and 750, both on the inside of the cross piece of the buckle (that is, the insides of the two edges are blank). That is consistent with the one other Patek buckle I own from that period.

Does anyone know what markings the original buckle for the PP 3429? I was sent one from a dealer who claimed it is "new old stock" but I want to make sure.
