I like your friend's cabriolet for the fiddly bits.
When we visited the Patek Philippe factory, we saw a man whose only job was to adjust the click mechanism of covers on Patek Philippe watches.
He did it by ear and 'feel' checking each click.
I wonder if he worked on this watch or retired already?

The 7200R-010
was produced in a limited edition of 80 pieces in conjunction with the Patek Philippe exhibition in London in 2015. Although destined as a ladies model, the black Breguet numerals and hands in my opinion add a more masculine feel than the regular 7200R-00...
Not too long ago
the 3919 at 33mm was a man's watch so the 34.6mm 7200R should surely also be classified at least as a unisex watch.
In the metal, it is exquisite!
...maybe we can work a coffee in somewhere since we live in the same part of the woods...
A true gentleman for sure I’ve had the chance to meet in January. He let me play with his 1530A 😊 Next time I hope to handle his Cabriolet 😉

Great, unique pieces from Patek there. The 7200 R was very tempting, when I handed it.
The 7200R is awesome in the metal and on the wrist
And the movement fills the case very nicely too

I wonder if the level of attention is still the same today as brands, including Patek, try to produce and sell more and more watches
59,000 Patek Philippe watches per year
Richard N Indeed...even Patek Philippe makes 59,000 watches per annum according to a guide. I don't know how many of those watches have hinged covers and humans adjusting each one.....today. Regards MTF

but only 200 to 300 5099RG were produced so a higher degree of attention was inevitable then.
