And certainly one of the finest 'only watch' candidates I've ever owned! Mine's a 5066 with luminova dial. As nice as the the faded tritium looks sometimes, it's pretty great to have one with actually effective lume. This watch is surprisingly bright!

That's a very nice model
I like how they integrated the date, a bit unusual but very well done. It's hard to beat a stainless steel watch with decent water resistance and in a compact size as the ultimate tool.

accentuates the dial ! Well done ! Product extension in this ad was done perfectly in textbook style by adding Nautilus in front of Aquanaut. I guess that once collectors accepted this line, Aquanaut became it own !
Beautiful watch.
While these were unloved compared to the more "classical" watches then. I believe they were equally popular versus the 37xx/38xx Nautilus back in the days. Then 3712/1A was launched, the 5167 that followed a couple of years later wasn't as well received. ...
The 5066a is a very cool Aquanaut. I like its size of 36mm. And thickness. Chic. Its water resistance is passable. 😊
Tfs. I mean who goes more than 50 ft under water, casual swim in the sea or pool. The 5066a can easily pass. My opinion. Cheers. 🍻 Geross.
