Thank you for writing this great piece! I can only imagine the horsepower in your group - heavy hitters, big time collectors/enthusiasts, as well as more 'normal' types who simply prioritize high end watches with their discretionary income. Getting packed and ready for this trip must have been fun. You know that the caliber of men joining you would be unique. Choosing your wardrobe and watches for the trip would certainly need some thought. I imagine the guys left their Nautilus or Aquanaut at home. I'm guessing the men on the trip were sporting 5270s, 5970s, 5370s, 5204s, and perhaps older grand complications too.
