Recent addition. Patek 5170P

I think this is one of those watches that take time to settle-in but end up becoming a favourite. I let it pass twice in the shop, by the third encounter I was converted.



Since then I simply like more each day.





It has so many goodies. A beautiful and classic tachymeter on the front with white font contrasting nicely over the blue degrade satin dial;



and on the back a chrono well built and finished.





The case is also one of the features that has grown on me, perfect size and flat, it sits perfectly on the wrist.







The diamonds? Yes refined and discreet but they are definitely there and I think they define this watch, but in a good way, IMO they are an asset.





I feel this is the beginning of a love story... Alex
