Well the 5712 was slowing down just a touch. I see what the dealer says first. I contact Patek and basically they just said to talk to the dealer first. thanks everyone will keep you all posted Paul

At six years, if the watch is running perfectly, I would not send it in for routine service. Unless something starts to happen, I would stretch out to 10 years. No matter who works on the watch, it may not work as well after a full service. Just a fact of...

Just to give an update. My AD says my watch needs a complete overhaul and they can do it for just less than 2k CAD. I ask them to send it to Patek and so I guess I'll see what Patek says - my AD says they will send it to Geneva. (My watch did show signs o...
