Much more comprehensive tourism infrastructure and the Dutch and French sides each had their own characteristics. I could envisage flying in here for a week of sun and sand and exploring - potentially island hopping to other islands close by on ferry.

🤯Seriously, my first thought is how do you design a floating 2-3 city blocks?? It might be bigger than that, I don’t know.
But it must have been quite the experience. Plus, on something so big, I guess there’s less chance of seasickness (which is a big problem for me).
