I often ask myself what kind of straps I will be able to match in the future when considering a new watch.
I don't have pictures to share but I noticed that dark blue or middle and dark grey are colors that would fit my tastes.
Another element I would play with is the material. Suede is nice for watches you don't wear everyday (otherwise I think it may wear quickly) and I like mate surfaces.
The burgundy is also something that goes well with rose gold.
The ideal is to be able to go in a shop and try even the colors you wouldn't think of: you sometimes have nice surprises and discover interesting color combinations.
You didn't tell us what was you dial color? (grey or white).
