The case number is located inside the back of the case,

and on the certificate of origin it is now printed now with the movement number with a slash then the case number.  On older watches, only the movement number was printed on the certificate of origin with the case number, movement number, and reference number printed on the string tag enclosed with each new watch.

Example:

                                        3226789/412345
                                         mvmt # / case #
